Our Story

Kumaresa Iyyanar is a certified E-RYT 500 yoga trainer recognized by Yoga Alliance, USA, with extensive experience in teaching yoga since 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and has completed his advanced yoga training at the prestigious Andiappan Yoga Education and Research Centre. Expert in guiding individuals and groups to achieve physical, mental, and emotional well-being through yoga.

Dr. Asana Andiappan

Asana Andiappan College of Yoga and Research Centre, Chennai, India (previously called as Andiappan Yoga Training Centre) was established in 1950 in the remote village of Southern Tamil Nadu. Run by a family of dedicated yoga practitioners who have devoted their lives to the practice, the college has, over the years, helped develop and raise awareness of yoga to the people of India.
